He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hultz and Margaret Hultz (Keith); and his brothers, Martin, Victor, Marvin, Jimmie and Joe Hultz.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Hultz; his children, Terry Hultz (Tammy) of Mexico, Tammy Hultz of Moberly and John T. Ogden (Jennifer) of New Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Dillon Hultz (Eva) of Paris, Logan Hultz of Mexico, Mason Carver (Harlee) of Fulton, Bobby Sladek of Denver and Baylee Sinclair (Tyler Olson) of Lander, Wyoming; his great grandchildren, Braxton Hultz and Kieran Hultz; and his brother Walter Hultz (Casey) of Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
