We bid farewell to Norma Riley of Mexico, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 11, 2026 at the age of 92. Norma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ramsey and Berdella Ruth Harris (Walker); her former husband Elbert Fay Blackburn; her daughter Cheryl Wieberg (Mike); her granddaughter Amanda Wieberg; and her children, Gary Riley and Diane Riley.
She is survived by: her husband John Harold "Jack" Riley; her son David Blackburn of Mexico; her grandsons, Jeff Blackburn (Janna), Randy Blackburn (Catina) and Brian Blackburn (Elaine); her son Tim Blackburn (Joyce) of Mexico; her grandchildren, John Blackburn, Rachel Blackburn (Jason Sanning), Joe Blackburn (Jessica), Chris Himmelsbach, Amy Wieberg and Michael Wieberg (Kimberly); her son Paul Riley (Allison) of St. Louis County; and her brother Charles Harris (Joann) of Laddonia.
Norma requests the following: "In Lieu of flowers, please do an unexpected act of kindness, and tell your children how much you love them". Monetary memorials may be given to the Bethel Cemetery Association.
