He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip John and Anne Shire (Fecht); his sister Rose Mary Reeder; and his brother-in-law Col. Roger Reeder. He is survived by: his wife Anna Jane Shire of Benton City; his daughters, Jacqueline Wessel (Michael) of Fulton and Susan Selle (Casto Fernandez) of Cary; his granddaughters, Makayla Wessel of Nashville and Marissa Wessel of Fulton; and his great grandchild Kobe Wessel. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Brendan Catholic Church or Presser Performing Arts Center.
