He was predeceased by: his father James Eugene. He is survived by: his mother Jan Harlow (Burt) of Mexico; and his brothers, Mike Harlow (Karen) of Madison, Pat Harlow (Sherry) of Holliday, Kevin Harlow of Deltona and David Harlow (Kim) of Mexico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
