He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris J. Handy and Edward G. Logan; his brothers, Gordan Evans and Donald Logan; and his daughter Shavonne Michelle Logan.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Russell Jr. (Vanessa); and his siblings, Stephen C. Ferguson (Kim), Ronald L. Logan, Herbert A. Logan Sr. (Elaine) and Jean Handy (Richard).
