He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Carl Spencer and Dorothy Day Spencer; his wife Mary; his son Kenneth Miller; and his brother Alvin Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Hoffman (Ed) of St. Peters, Arthur John Miller (Pam) of Wellsville, Juanita Mantle (Jason) of Mexico and Russell Dale Miller Jr. of Mexico; and his sister Sandy Simons of Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
