She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Henry and Helen Gertrude Frazier (Jansen); her brother James Bernard Frazier; and her husband Gene. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Azdell (Kenny) of Mexico and Nicki Peck (Greg) of Stover; her grandchildren, Brian Vallely, Doug Azdell (Katie), Aaron Peck (Jami), Leeann Peck and Tami Vallely; and her great grandchildren, Nixon, Jamison Vallely, Hallie Peck, Sullivan and Collins Azdell.

Memorial donations may be made to the King's Daughters Home.
