He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Gibson and Lillian Gibson (Lamboy); and his granddaughter Katie Ann Oligschlaeger. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kay Gibson; his daughter Lisa Oligschlaeger (Paul) of Mexico; his grandson Brandon Oligschlaeger of Lee's Summit; and his brother Les Gibson (Judy) of Columbia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and food, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Handi-Shop Capital Campaign or Sara Robertson's Playground at the Children's Therapy and Early Education School.
