He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fredrick Rosenkrans and Lelia Pearl Brothers Rosenkrans; his wife Elizabeth Welk; and his brothers, Jim Rosenkrans and Leonard Rosenkrans.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Rosenkrans (Nancy) of Middletown, MO, Vincent Rosenkrans of Colorado and Kevin Rosenkrans; and his brother Charles Rosenkrans (Leslie) of Paris, MO. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
