He is survived by: his wife Della McCurdy; his children, James VonVain of Bowling Green, Mike McCurdy of Vandalia, John VonVain (Amanda) of Middletown, Doris Atkinson (Rick) of Perry and Judy Mudd (Jim Bishop) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Micheal McCurdy (Amanda) of Middletown, Jimmy McCurdy (Becky) of Vandalia, Charles McCurdy (Jill) of Wellsville, Julia Ruiz of Romana, Karen Phelleps of Auxvasse, Keith VonVain of Louisiana, Mellissa Branham of Bowling Green, Shana Inman (Mike) of Imperial, Cassey Smart (Dale) of Middletown, Tiffany Olglesby of Perry, Ethan Atkinson of Perry, Jared VonVain of Middletown, Jaiyden VonVain of Middletown, Jordin VonVain of Middletown, Jaxson VonVain of Middletown and Jacob VonVain of Middletown; and his sister Grace VonVain of New Florence. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Middletown Baptist Church or the Middletown Cemetery Association.
