It is with sadness that the passing of Nancy Irene James of Middletown, Missouri is shared. Nancy, born on January 3, 1946, passed away on October 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kern and Irma Kern (Aubuchon); and her brothers, David Kern, Paul Kern and Les Kern.
She is survived by: her husband Darryll James; her daughters, Laurie Brink (Dan) of Quincy and Amy Leebold (Scott Aschemann) of Quincy, Illinois; her grandchildren, Emily Tadeo (Jake), Evan Brink (Taylor), Eva Leebold (Nic Crawford) and Rowan Leebold; her great grandchildren, Danielle Tadeo, Avery Tadeo, Warren Tadeo, Ada Brink, Clara Brink and Maeve Crawford; and her sister-in-law Marian Kern of St. Charles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Myers Funeral Home - Middletown (203 Main St, Middletown, MO 63359). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Middletown Cemetery Association.
