It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane Oxendale of Milan, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Anderson and Dorothy Anderson (Godbersen); her children, Debbie Hoerrmann, Mark Oxendale and Kurt Oxendale; her brother Dennis Anderson; her siblings-in-law, Kay Anderson, Sherry Anderson and Bob Gore; and her close friend Coy Jackson.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Angie Chapman (Jared), Kristen Hoerrmann, Kelli Jacobs (Gingo Smith), Jordan Hoerrmann (Ashley), John Oxendale, David Oxendale, Matt Oxendale (Sarah), Mariah Oxendale, Drake Oxendale and Colton Oxendale; her great grandchildren, Savanna Linhart (Weston), Chase Jacobs, Greyson Smith, Kylee Smith, Gavin Hoerrmann, Corey Chapman, Rayden Chapman, Daniel Jacobs, Zane Chapman, Ally Jacobs, Addelyn Jacobs, Alex Solares, Kase Hoerrmann, Cohen Hoerrmann and Finn Oxendale; and her siblings, Nancy Gonnerman (Charles), Donald Anderson (Maria), Curtis Anderson, Keith Anderson (Sheila Vogler) and Cynthia Gore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
