He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Leslie (Door) and Mary Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his stepson Shannon Yardley (Angie); his brother James Leslie (Helen); and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Crawford of Garden City, Kansas, Kimberly Kriegel of Milan, Donald Curtis (Linda) of Milan, Marc Curtis (Angie) of Milan and Patricia Leslie of Milan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Milan Elks Lodge 217 (217 E 2nd St, Milan, MO 63556).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to go to the Sullivan County Hospital Foundation.
