He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brumitt (Doc) and Doris Weaver (Eddy); his son Scotty Allen Weaver; his son-in-law Wayne Smith; and his grandson Dason Weaver.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Weaver (April) of Green City, Denny Weaver of Milan, Misty Smith (Lindsay Hill) of Milan and Doc Weaver of Milan; his brother Jerry Eddy of Milan; his father-in-law Tommy Chapman of Milan; and his siblings-in-law, Stacey Chapman (Mindy) of Newtown and Stephanie Hollinsworth of Milan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
