He is survived by: his sons, Blake Howard (Lydia) of Kirksville and Lucas Howard (Cassidy) of Springfield; his stepdaughters, Rachel Wood (Mitch) of Green City and Jessica Miller (Nathan) of Milan; his grandchild Ezmay Howard; his stepgrandchildren, Ellie Miller and Morgan Wood; his sisters, Kristi Mason (Rick) of Novinger, Julie Drake (Chris) of Johnston and Ashley Eiler of Kirksville; and his brother-in-law Allan Harris of Milan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
