He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmagene Tate (Page) and Gale Tate; his brother Larry Tate; his parents-in-law, Kenny and Doris Ross; and his pet Sparky.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Ross; his children, April Fenimore (Clinton) of Bethany, Rebecca Bickel (Wesley) of Mercer and Samuel Tate (Dahlia) of Laredo, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Magnum Lee Fenimore, Laramie Kenny Fenimore, Hemi Jean Fenimore and Jackson Ray Bickel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mount Zion Cemetery, Humphreys, Missouri.
