He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Jarding (Jim) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Greg Steele (Terri) of Independence, Missouri, Ronnie Steele (Colleen) of Independence, Missouri, Janet Callihan (David) of Milan, Missouri and Kevin Steele of Indianapolis, Indiana.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Milan Elks Lodge, an organization Billy was proud to be part of.
