She is survived by: her children, John Carter of Sturgis, KY, Chuck Carter (Donna) of Mill Spring and Sandy Smith (Johnny) of Piedmont; her sister Roberta Brancati of California; and her grandchildren, John Alvin Carter, Tony Carter, John James Carter, Dustin Carter, Bryan Carter, Brandon Carter, Kylie Carter, Alexander Carter, Charlie Carter, Ethan Durr, Melissa Banks, Jayme "Liam" Smith, Crystal Conner and Kyle Smith. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and other family and friends.
