He is survived by: his wife Kristin Boden-Blevins of Miller, MO; his daughters, Hannah Blevins of Hillsboro, IL, Savanah Stevenson (Derek) of Staunton, IL and Mackenzie Oakley (Daniel) of Nokomis, IL; his stepsons, Tristan and Trenton Starling; his grandchildren, Carter Stevenson, Colby Stevenson, Isabella Wicker, Paislee Stevenson and Maddlynn Oakley; his father Joseph Edwin Blevins of Litchfield, IL; his sister Mieka Kalaher (David) of Litchfield, IL; his nephew Victor Kalaher; and his niece Maggie Kalaher. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Wounded Veterans in care of the funeral home.
