He was predeceased by: his parents, Beattie Marsh and Nannie Marsh (Friar); his brothers, Francis Coe, Billy, Jerry and BJ; and his grandson Cody Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; and his children, Elaine McElroy (David), Brent Marsh (Sharon) and Elisa Hawkins (Mike). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
The family has requested memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
