He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Ford and Emma Ford (Treat); his son Jason Ford; his granddaughter Allie Ford; and his brother Dale Ford.
He is survived by : his wife Susan Jean Thomas; his children, Zachary of Parsons, Tennessee, Jacob Ford of Parsons, Tennessee, Carole Cummings of Miller and Laura Jenson of Miller; and his brothers, Bob Ford (Ruth) of Marshfield, Mike Ford (Linda) of Springfield, Jerry Ford (Sue) of Springfield and Steve Ford (Phyllis) of Billings, Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
