He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lloyd Stevens (Lloyd) and Mary Catherine (Cassie); his brother Timmy Stevens; his brothers-in-law, Leslie Woods and David Proctor; his son-in-law Jack Larson; and his uncle Richard Lea.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stevens; his children, Toni Stevens of Mulberry, Ricky Stevens (Loren) of Mindenmines and Penny Carreon of California; his siblings, Missy Proctor of Mindenmines, Vickie Woods of Alton, Kyle Campiti (Shawn) of Frontenac, Kansas and Tom Stevens (Belinda) of Mindenmines; his grandchildren, Brianna, Micheal (Amanda), Keirstyn, Jack and Rebecca; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Tottie, Kaydence and Scarlett; and his pet Sadie.
