She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Clifton Spicer and Avery G. Spicer; her husband Ronald Charles Webb; her siblings, Dewey Spicer (Dortha), Roy Lee Spicer, Virgil Spicer (Peggy), Donald Spicer (Rosalie), James Spicer (Betty), Lucille Haggard (James), Dorothy Payne (Bob) and Ann Caylor (Dale); and her parents-in-law, Richard and Anna Lavena Webb.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Gibler (Roger) and Marsha Hargus (Stephen); her grandchildren, Krystina Schleiermacher (Dakota), Kelsie Mason (Scott), Emily Newcomb (Cameron) and Ryan Hargus; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Hunter and Addie Schleiermacher. She is also survived by other great-grandchild due in January; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Heritage Baptist Church to honor her memory.
