He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chism; his children, Stephen (Marsha) and Stephanie DeOrnellis (Jerry); his grandchildren, Justin DeOrnellis (Kendra), David, James DeOrnellis, Emily Newcomb (Cameron), Ryan Hargus, Cassandra Blackmore (Kyle), Aaron Hargus (Cassidy) and Travis Kendall; his daughter-in-law Anne Kendall; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Willow, Everett, Jasmine Blackmore, Joanna DeOrnellis, Carmen and Ashland Hargus.
