We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2024, at the age of 95, Edith Beamer of Moberly, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edith Beamer to pay them a last tribute.

As Edith departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of our hearts. Though Edith may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Ellerbeck and Augusta Ellerbeck (Kunze); her former life partner Ernie Fowlks; her husband Hershel Beamer; and her siblings, Louise Precht (Lionel), Marion Stinnett (Marshal), Helen Gibson (Eddie), Ethel Messer (Sam) and Harlan Ellerbeck (Janie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel (1520 E Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
