It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Morgan of Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lynn and Bertha Lynn; her siblings, Margrete Kitchen, Irene Gilispie and Betty Givens; her daughter Lori Bowen; and her grandson Brandon Bowen.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Morgan; her children, Stephanie Phipps (James) of Excello, Timmy Morgan (Erin) of Moberly and Dewayne Morgan of Moberly; her siblings, Darlene Briggs of Moberly and Thomas Lynn (Nancy) of Moberly; her grandchildren, Corey Phipps (Heather), Zach Morgan (Chelsea), Sadie Prather (Kelle), Breana, Brilynn Morgan, Britney Bowen, Brandy Morgan and Mariah Smothers; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Josiah, Korbyn, Zalie Phipps, Ezekiel, Grayson, Arya Morgan, Dutton and Cooper Prather. She is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel (1520 E Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
