He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams Sr. and Levonia Williams (Dildine); his daughter Tracy Garcia; his grandmother Lula Fanning Dildine; his sister Beverly Barry; and his grandchildren, Zayn Dronenberg and Kennadi Nicole Farmer.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Harper (Michelle), Rebecca Velasco of Bloomington and Denise Sanchez of Flanigan, Illinois; his siblings, Robert Williams (Eva) of Huntsville, Terrell Williams (Cheryl) of Aurora, Illinois, Sandra Green (Rickie) of Blytheville, Patricia Wells (Joe Dildine) of Moberly and Diane Williams of Clarksville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Leticia Velasco, Sebastian Velasco, Tayson Harper, Claysen Harper, Max Harper and Paeony Harper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
