He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Franklin and Leone Franklin; his former wife Norma Jean; and his brother Robert Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Franklin of Moberly, Missouri.; his daughters, Debbie Wiggs (Keith) and Jackie St. Clair (Steve); his grandchildren, Maridee Corderman (John), Melissa Anderson (Michael), Cole Wiggs (Meagan), Casey Wiggs (Rachel), Jason St (Angela) and Jamie St. Clair; his brother Harold Franklin; Ed Palumbo, Don Palumbo (Aimee) and Brenda Eubanks (Steve). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Carpenter Street Baptist Church or the Log Chapel Cemetery Association.
