She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Dale and Rena Dale (Wood); and her siblings, Jim Dale and Connie Moutray (Dale). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Freeman; her sons, Damian Johnson (Skylar) of Jefferson City, MO and Joshua Johnson of Skiatook, OK; her stepchildren, Josh Freeman (Erin) of St. Louis and Suzanne Freeman of Moberly; her grandchildren, Xavier, Christian, Brayden, Natalie, Gabby, Leo, Katherine, Kenedi and Dillon; and her great grandchild Benson.
The family suggests memorials be made in Janita's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
