She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Ellen Melendy Hogg; her husband Melvin Kissell; her son Gregory Kissell; her sisters, Dorothy Carroll and Georgia Munson; and her daughter-in-law Donna Kissell.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Truitt (Bob) of Burlington, Rebecca Mann of Moberly and Brian Kissell (Connie) of Moberly, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Megan Powell (Tommy), Andrew Mann, Kristin Bridges, Jennifer Laws (Michael) and Nikki Garza (Tony). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; as well as extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (101 S 4th St, Moberly, MO 65270). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Trinity United Methodist Church.
