He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Head and Barbara Leonard Head. He is survived by: his wife Tara Head of Moberly; his children, Shawn Botkins (Chris) of Huntsville, Craig Head (Jill) of Columbia, Scott Head (Leslie) of Moberly, Ryan Head (Amy) of Cairo and Kirstan Powers (Todd) of Erie, Pennsylvania; his siblings, George Head, Peggy Head, Tom Head, Bill Head and Janet Urling; his grandchildren, Tanner, Braedan Wetrich (Taylar), Brennan, Cael, Brooks Head, Connor, Kendall Head, Logan, Carter Head, Brady and Brooke Powers; and his great grandchild Crew Wetrich.
