He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Jack" and Althea Williams (Buchanan); and his siblings, Betty Oliver, Mary Cronin and Edwin Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Jill Preiss (Brian) of Savannah, GA, Jake Williams of Denver, CO and Phil Williams of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Sydney and Nicholas Preiss; and his sisters, Connie Mastrobuno of Ashland, MO and Valerie Bowman of Ashland, MO. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
