He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hoffman of Moberly, MO; his sons, Jeff Hoffman of Moberly, MO and Steve Hoffman (Sandy) of Moberly, MO; his grandchildren, Cyndi Farris (Jason), Jeana Larson, Jill Hoffman and Cameron Baker (Alley); his great grandchildren, Brayton, Destyni, Jaycee, Lilly, Beau, Cooper, Jaxon, Jasmine, Jasper and Maverick; and his brothers, Kenny Hoffman and Bill Hoffman (Lori). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
