She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William Clifford Pryor and Flossie Mae Gryder Pryor; and her husband James Randolph Keath of Moberly. She was also cherished by her children meant she was not only their mother but a best friend.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wesley Memorial United Methodist (825 Wesley Dr, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Iredell Memorial Park (2304 Shelton Ave, Statesville, NC 28677).
