She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Bea (Alexander) and Orville William Richardson; her husband Elder William Cecil Williams; her grandchildren, Rachel Mitchell, Greshan George (Jimmy), Sharene Marquez (Sammy), Kaygene Paxton (Bryan), Alicia Williams, DiWilla Micarelli, Brandon Williams (Jasmine), Ebony Barolee, Paul Dow, Kelvon Dow, Gechel Williams, Alfonso Bolden (Regan), Lorna Bolden, Raven Stephenson, Tiffany Cook, Natisha Palmer (Reggie), Romaile Robinson, Brian Keith Williams, Jr., Brittani Williams, Bradford Williams, Justas Miles, Dwayne Long (Betty), Javonte Long (Tamara), Nakeesha Long and Mikele Rodriguez (Quintin); her children, Cheryl Lynn Young, Gregory Eugene Williams, Cecelia Belle Dow, Renae Lujun Day and William Noah Williams, Sr.; and her grandchildren, Cheston Williams, Benjermin Bolden, William Noah Williams, Jr. and Aaron Keith Dow.
She is survived by: her children, James O. Williams of Moberly, Brian Williams (Ethel) of Moberly and Lorna Miles (Maurice) of Moberly; her adoptive daughter Debbie Long (Harold) of Paris; her children-in-law, Sharon Williams, Diane Williams (Kansas City) and Travis Day (New Madrid); her daughters, Tela Saunders, Tina Lewis, Sharon Lewis, Cindy Lewis and Katie Cade; her friend Shirley Stephenson; her siblings, Hattie (Oscar), John Richardson, Hubert Richardson, Earl, Murl Richardson, Glen Richardson, Janie Richardson, Catherine Lee and Norine Thomas; and her niece Joyce Thomas. She is also survived by 61 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Timberlake Church. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Services Honoring And. A repast was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the First Baptist Church (514 W Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270).
