He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie [Esry] and Cecil Patrick; and his wife Mary Jean Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Barnhill (Rick) of Galesburg, IL; his granddaughter Kristen Draughan (Andy) of Macomb, IL; his great grandchildren, Cecilia and Caleb; his grandson Ricky Neal Barnhill (Brittani); his great grandchildren, Ricky Neal III, Rowan, Remington of Troy, MO and Patrick Barnhill (Maddie); his grandchildren, Elsie Jo and Hendrix of Viola, IL; his aunt Pauline Esry of Moberly, MO; and his sibling's children, Debra Sellars (Gary) of Keytesville, MO and Mark Duncan (Carrie) of Granite City.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel (411 Union Ave, Moberly, MO 65270). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (1479 County Rd 1675, Jacksonville, MO 65260).
