He is survived by: his wife Gail Cook of Moberly; his children, Jennifer Davis (Rhys) of Mexico and Kevin Cook (Kimberly) of Moberly; his grandchildren, Vivian Davis of Mexico, Briggs "Huck" Davis of Mexico and Henry Cook of Moberly; and his siblings, Cindy Kilbourn (Larry) of Centralia, Jeff Cook of Iola, KS, Carla Capper (Brent) of Gas, KS and Robert Cook (Kerrie) of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by extended family and many good friends.
