He is survived by: his mother Donna Franklin (Farrell) of Moberly, MO; his daughter Amanda Devenport (Doug) of Moberly, MO; his grandchildren, Reimund Ruiz of Moberly, MO and Elsie Devenport of Moberly, MO; and his siblings, Ronald "Steve" Franklin (Linda) of Jacksonville, MO and Rhonda Franklin of Moberly, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
