Shirley Thieman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Thieman (Moberly, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank H. Thieman; and her parents, Bert C. Schindler and Loraine F. Schindler, Nee Bach. She is survived by: her children, Robert M. "Bob" Thieman, Frank A. "Tony" Thieman (Diana L. Thieman), Margaret J. Neubauer (Richard Neubauer) and Patrick C. Thieman; her grandchildren, Derek Neubauer and Drew Neubauer; and her sister Sally Viehland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel (1520 E Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (209 S Williams St, Moberly, MO 65270).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Saint Judes Hospital, an organization close to Shirley's heart.
