He is survived by : his wife Carol Perkins; his children, Marva Miles of Columbia, MO and Anthony "Tony" Schaffer (David Greer) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Kari Schaffer, Myles Strid and Mytchel Strid; and his great grandchild Emily Freeland. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
