It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Jean Franks of Moberly, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Franks and Zella Franks (Peters); her siblings, Ruth Goodman, Charles Franks, Lester Franks, Helen Franks McBroom and Joyce Franks; and her nephew Justin McBroom.

She is survived by : her sister Becky Franks of Moberly, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Marie Shonkwiler of Kansas City, MO, Gene Goodman, David Goodman, Agnes Madden of Garden City, MO, June Franks, Danny Franks of Kansas City, MO, Dennis Franks of Blue Springs, MO, Denise Thomas of Raytown, MO and Jason McBroom of Tonganxoye, KS..
