She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Donald, Melba Bartley, Roger, Midge Melton and Bobby Mealy; and her great-grandparents, Bernadine, Elvin Clingman, Deck, Gladys Mealy, Paris, Marie Bartley, Boyd and Ruby Harvey.

She is survived by: her parents, Donald "Pat" Bartley (Marilyn) and Beth Marie Melton (Mealy); her brother Brad Bartley (Mandi); her grandmother JoAnn Mealy; and her stepsiblings, Todd Melton (Cara), Scott Melton (Kayla), Nathan Melton (Jess), Savannah Bare (Andrew) and Elhannah-Laney Kaskus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
