He is survived by: his children, Brandon Berg of Tacoma, Washington and Christie Jo Blaise of St. Charles, Missouri; and his stepchildren, Mark Thomas (Julia) of Butterfield, Missouri and Jessica Alexander of Joplin, Missouri.
