He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Balden and Rena Balden; his siblings, Maxine Brandt, Louis Balden, Edgar Balden, Hank Balden, George Balden, Dorothy Cawthorn, Lucille, Ruth and Virginia; his wife Robbie Gene Wormington; and his son-in-law Gary Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Moore of Lincoln and Janna Stidham (Mike) of Southport; his grandchildren, Kali, Lori Moore and Ashley; and his children, Payton and Kelley Stidham.
Memorial contributions have been requested for the First United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
