He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Givens and Mae Givens Sr. (Morris). He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Freeman of Monett, Jennifer Sexton of Forrest Branch and Shawnette Drury of Mulberry, Florida; and his siblings, Johnny of Evansville, Francis and Joeanne of Hartford, Kentucky. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
