He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley George and Cleo Josephine Mabry (Ruler); his wife Paula Sue; his daughter Holly Hernadez; and his sisters, Rita Nicely, Neldeia Vicey and Fawn Rudler.
He is survived by: his daughter Cleo Ruiz Cruz of Joplin, MO; his stepdaughter Tasha Holman (Jake) of Republic, MO; his grandchildren, Diego Hernandez, Mea Holman, Ricardo Ruiz, Abriana Ruiz, Nicholas Ruiz and Bodie Holman; and his siblings, Wayne Mabry (Jody) of Salem, VA, Perry Mabry (Patty) of Covington, VA and Robin Rubler of Conneaut, OH.. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
