He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Riggs (Ryan); and his sister Donna Goodin. He is survived by: his father C. Leon Riggs of Monett, Missouri; his wife Tammy; his sons, Brandon Riggs of Monett, Missouri, Michael Riggs of Monett, Missouri, John Riggs (April) of Monett, Missouri and Donald Riggs Jr. of Monett, Missouri; and his brother Gary Riggs of Stockton, Missouri.
