She was predeceased by: her parents, Armond Day and Doris Day (Weaver). She is survived by: her husband Douglas; her sons, Stephen Putnam of Springfield, IL, Robert Putnam of Springfield, IL and Michael Putnam (Hattie) of Springfield, IL; and her sister Charlene Smith of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
