He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Louise Forbes (Allen). He is survived by: his father Ernest Edward; his children, Cindy Morgan, Kandy Black, Andrew Forbes, Kyle Forbes and Brian Forbes; and his grandchildren, Shenel King, Harley Black and Austin Black.
