Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Hoy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Toness Bilyeu and Bessie Bilyeu (Miller); his wife Wanda; and his son Mitchell Bilyeu. He is survived by: his son Rodger Bilyeu (Karen) of Purdy, MO; his grandson Michael Lee Bilyeu; his stepfather Rick of Monett; his siblings, Dave Bilyeu (Linda) of Bakersfield, CA and Darlene Patterson of Bakersfield, CA; Susan Barton.
